Everything discussed in session or via electronic communication including Facebook Page messages and direct email remains completely confidential by both parties. Any information you are given before, during or after a session is not to be repeated or replicated as your own.
All clients are notified and ask for consent, and in wellbeing and coaching sessions will sign consent for Emma Lannigan to make professional notes about the session. This is for insurance purposes and allows Emma to deliver the service and/ or product to you with the highest standards and professionalism. All written notes are stored in a safe and locked unit. Client paper records that are lapsed for 3 years or more are deemed out of date and will be destroyed securely.
If you have information that requires updating please contact Emma Lannigan and these updates will be made within 48 hours of the request. Clients have the right to ask to view their records and this can be arranged at the next scheduled appointment.
Bookings, Payments and Cancellations
Coaching appointments can be arranged by phone, text, email and via the Facebook Page messages. The confirmation for the appointment will be sent via email and or text as agreed. All further coaching communication will be via email, this includes appointments, follow up emails and task/ resources information. Payments for all in person and online coaching sessions is due before of on the day of the session and paid via bank transfer.
A minimum number of coaching sessions for active coaching require full payment in advance. Cancelled appointments less than 24 hours will receive no refund. Cancellations prior to this will be rescheduled.
Insight Coaching clients require payment in advance of each session ie, payment one session in advance. When you start your programme you will be required to make the first session payment in order to confirm your appointment. Cancellations will be rescheduled. However, if a cancellation is made with less than 48 hours there will be a 50% fee to cover the preparation of the session.
Payments to be made by online bank transfer.
Business Insights Marketing Mentoring
Marketing mentoring appointments can be arranged by phone, text and email. The confirmation for the appointment will be sent via email. Payments for all in person and online mentoring sessions is due before of on the day of the session and paid via bank transfer.

Empowered Living Club
The online membership club is by monthly recurring subscription via PayPal. You can cancel this service at anytime. Once we receive your payment cancellation you will be removed from the Facebook Group and removed from the ELC emails. You might continue to receive emails from Emma Lannigan, however you can unsubscribe from these at any time they are no longer relevant to you. No information is stored other than your email address which is held securely within MailChimp.
A non refundable deposit will be required to secure your training place. The remaining amount is due 4 weeks before the course start date. If the payment is not made the student will be contacted by email and text. Where the payment is still not received within 7 days the place will be released allowing 3 weeks to find a replacement student or postpone the training.
Payments for all individual private workshops and courses are required in full payment in advance. These places are not refundable. However, if you are unable to attend due to illness, your place will be transferred to the next available training date. Payments can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Corporate talks and workshops will be invoiced as per company payment schedules. In the event a company needs to cancel a workshop within 14 days of the event no refund will be given. 14 days prior to this 50% refund. Due to materials being printed and time blocked out. In the event the workshop is required to be rescheduled to a new date there will be additional fees.
Reiki & Energy Mentoring Sessions
Appointments can be arranged by phone, text, email and via the Facebook Page messages. All appointments will be confirmed by text, therefore a mobile number needs to be supplied at the time of booking.
Payments for reiki can be made in cash or via bank transfer on the day of the appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment and reschedule please allow at least 24 hours notice. This allows time to offer this appointment to another client, and also saves in time and cost of the room set up and preparation. If you cancel on the day of your appointment a full fee will be requested. If you have an ongoing pre paid package your cancelled appointment will be deducted from your package.
Where you have purchased a package of treatments, please be advised the package is valid for 8 weeks from date of the first session. If you are unable to arrange the package sessions within this period, by discretion an additional 4 weeks might be offered. After 4 months the package will have expired, with no refunds available.
Gift Voucher Orders
Gift Vouchers for Reiki can be arranged by phone, text, email and via the Facebook Page messages.
On placing your order the name of the recipient and address to send the voucher to will be required. Payment is also required at the time of ordering.
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer and PayPal. Once payment is received your Gift Voucher will be ready for collection or where posted, will be sent First Class Royal Mail.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 4 months.
Emma Lannigan will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your order in the post. Please contact Emma Lannigan in the cases where your Gift Voucher has not been received.
Packages and Gift Vouchers are not transferrable and no refunds can be given.
