Advice given by Emma Lannigan is professional and can also be spiritual in nature and based on an intuitive reading of energy fields. This advice should be used for informational purposes only.  Emma Lannigan is not a licensed medical practitioner, does not diagnose conditions, does not perform medical treatment, does not prescribe substances, and does not interfere with the treatment of a client by a licensed medical professional.  

Complementary therapies are not a replacement for traditional medicine and in some cases you might be asked to seek medical consent for treatment.

Confidentiality

Everything discussed in session or via electronic communication including Facebook Page messages and direct email remains completely confidential by both parties. Any information you are given before, during or after a session is not to be repeated or replicated as your own.

All clients are notified and ask for consent, and in wellbeing and coaching sessions will sign consent for Emma Lannigan to make professional notes about the session. This is for insurance purposes and allows Emma to deliver the service and/ or product to you with the highest standards and professionalism. All written notes are stored in a safe and locked unit. Client paper records that are lapsed for 3 years or more are deemed out of date and will be destroyed securely.

If you have information that requires updating please contact Emma Lannigan and these updates will be made within 48 hours of the request. Clients have the right to ask to view their records and this can be arranged at the next scheduled appointment.

Bookings and Cancellations

Services
For distant wellbeing and online coaching services purchased, available appointment dates and times will be sent by email. Once an appointment has been agreed, confirmation/payment must be received within 1 day prior to the appointment being held. Please contact Emma Lannigan as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment. Refunds for cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice are at the discretion of Emma Lannigan, less a £10 administration charge.

In the case of an in-person wellbeing therapy or coaching session, if you are too ill to attend, then a distant healing session will be offered instead.

In the case of a training sessions or workshop attendance, the deposit payment is non refundable. It is at the discretion of Emma Lannigan to credit your place for a future workshop date or refund the payment less a £10 administration charge.

In the case of marketing mentoring sessions, these can be rescheduled, or alternatively if you have to cancel less than 7 days before a session 50% of the fees will be retained to cover administration fees and costs and 50% refunded.

Marketing Mentoring and Insight Sessions
Quotes remain valid for 28 days from the quote being given.  Full payment is required within this time.

Gift Orders
Emma Lannigan will not be held liable for any loss or damage to your goods in the post. Please contact Emma Lannigan in the case that your Gift Voucher has not been received.

Please be advised that when choosing PayPal to pay for your chosen service you will need to read the terms and conditions and privacy related to their website.

Visitors to my Website
When someone visits www.emmalannigan.com I use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. I do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone individually. I do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website. Newsletter Sign Up
As part of the registration process for my newsletter, I collect limited personal information. I use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about things where you have indicated an interest; to contact you when I need to obtain or provide additional information; to check my records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. I don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations or businesses.

I use a third party provider, MailChimp, to deliver my newsletter. I gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help monitor and improve my newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.

You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of my newsletters.
