This year belifehappy is inviting you to celebrate women this March, and share how you or another inspiring woman in your life has been bold for change.
Following the success of last year’s competition, Celebrating Women in March is now an annual event for the belifehappy community. Shared during the month that brings in the British Springtime, International Women’s Day and Mothering Sunday here in the UK.
This year the theme for International Women’s Day is #BeBoldForChange. While the campaign is asking women what they would do to help other women across the world, belifehappy is asking you to celebrate being bold within your own world.
Celebrate Being Bold in Your Life
This is where we look at ourselves or another woman in our life and reflect on what you or they have achieved in the last 12 months through being bold:
Have you challenged one of your fears?
Have you overcome a personal journey through illness or injury?
Have you achieved a personal best in your health, fitness or wellbeing?
Share and Celebrate Together
Whether it’s sport, exercise, recovery from illness or injury, a career achievement, or special interest; share how you or another woman has been bold, or are being bold for change in their life.
The competition is open throughout March, with the closing date on Friday 24 March 2017. The winners will be announced on Sunday 26 March 2017.
To enter the belifehappy Celebrating Women competition you simply need to visit the Facebook page and in the comments of the be you, be bold for change photo image, tag and nominate yourself or a friend, mum, sister, auntie or work colleague and then write a short message about why you or they have been bold in the last 12 months.
Alternatively, you can send your nomination and short message via the contact page.
Whether you nominate yourself or another woman, there are two prizes; one for you and one for your nominated friend. Each of you will win a relaxing 60 minute reiki session and a signed paperback copy of belifehappy: give. play. love. learn.
