Creating Your belifehappy October

Practical Tips to Create Your belifehappy this Autumn Winter

Learn four practical tips to create happiness this month using the belifehappy philosophy (belifehappy philosophy of give, play, love, learn.) created by author, Emma Lannigan.

1) If you were to know are you giving and receiving with balance across your life? If you feel there is an area where you are giving more than you are receiving, use this month to readdress the balance. You can ask for help and say no more.

2) How will you make time to play this October? Exciting your mind and body to play through new activities boosts our self confidence and helps us relax and reduce stress and anxiety. I’d love to hear what’s new?

3) What self care can you commit to in October? The clocks are changing and less daylight can add to the stress of getting everything done. So slow down and create time to take care of you. Run a bath, book a complementary therapy, do some meditation, even take yourself off to the movies.

4) What have you learned in September that you can adjust or bring through into October? This is a great time of year for self reflection and raising our self awareness in line with natures beautiful seasonal changes. As you watch the leaves falling this autumn what thoughts, behaviours and situations can you let go of that no longer support you?
