SATURDAY 21 MAY, 1-4pm

Coronation Hall, Market Deeping, PE6 8DB, Lincolnshire.

Raising awareness of mental health is the centre of the belifehappy Talk and Tea Party being hosted during Mental Health Awareness Week, in Market Deeping by local self help author, life coach and holistic therapist Emma Lannigan.

The belifehappy Talk and Tea Party is being hosted at a new venue this year at the Coronation Hall in Market Deeping, and the event hopes to raise further awareness of mental health and local support services available, plus we will be raising money for the local charity Peterborough and Fenland Mind with donations from home baked cakes, refreshments and raffle.

This event begins at 1pm with a talk from Emma Lannigan about her journey through depression over 15 years ago and how she found happiness for a lifetime. She will share her honest experiences and talk about her journey creating belifehappy and give. play. love. learn.

Following the talk between 2-4pm tea, Self Help Author of belifehappy a personal journey to finding happiness for a lifetimecake and squash will be served with donations being made to Peterborough and Fenland Mind.

“Since I’ve been hosting similar fundraising events over the last six years in the Deepings support has grown and we’ve met people from all across the Deepings, Bourne, and Stamford,” organiser Emma Lannigan (Canham) commented.

Joining the event is a representative from the local charity who will be available to ask questions and there will be information about the mental health and wellbeing services available in the Peterborough, Fenland and SKDC areas, including a new pilot scheme ‘Connecting Mums’ starting in Market Deeping in June.
