Please note all treatments require a full consultation prior to treatment. The therapist has the right to decline a treatment if they wish. If you are currently receiving other medical care including medication, these treatments are not a replacement and therefore you must continue with your medical supervision and treatment. In some cases Clients will be requested to have written permission from their GP/ Consultant to have treatment.

If you are under 18 years old, I will ask for adult consent from a parent or guardian.

You will need to give personal details during your coaching sessions. These details are held confidentially and for use only for the purpose of your sessions.

All pay as you go sessions require payment in advance.

Packages require a 30 percent deposit and the outstanding balance can be divided into smaller payments throughout your sessions.

If payments are not received the sessions will be cancelled.

In coaching sessions, if you have not completed tasks requested, sessions can be cancelled and or re scheduled.

Once a package is purchased it cannot be transferred to another individual.

To cancel a scheduled appointment or coaching session please give at least 48 hours notice by email or no less than 24 hours and this can be rescheduled.

No refunds are given if you miss an appointment/ session.

Package minutes can be divided into 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minute sessions. Please confirm this when booking a session.
