Reiki Energy Healing

Description

Reiki Energy Healing sessions are available remote distance sessions or as in person sessions at the Studio.

Once booked you will receive an email to arrange a booking day and time and you will receive details on how to prepare.

At the time of your appointment you will receive 50 minutes Reiki Healing. At the end of your session you will receive a message to share any information from the session. This also offers you space to reflect and ask any questions about your session.

Reiki is Universal Healing Energy and is gentle and works with your own natural healing systems within your physical body. The session works around the body and along the 7 major chakras (energy centres). This helps to restore your mind, body and soul in one place and time.

These sessions can assist you with sleep, digestive issues, injury recovery, recovery from illness, to emotional stress, anxiety, big life changes, bereavements, divorce.

After several sessions clients often notice improved physical energy and mental clarity.
