Should you continue to work with Emma Lannigan these terms below provide a guide, however you will receive specific terms of service in any agreement arranged between both yourself and the business.

Firstly, all marketing mentoring and consultancy services are provided based on Emma Lannigan’s extensive education and experience in Marketing. A separate Terms and Conditions of Service is applicable for all project support and to be agreed before work commences.

It is also important to highlight the personal nature of mindset growth, self development, energy, Akashic Record Reading and Reiki healing and coaching. Always consult with your GP or medical consultant when you have any physical or mental health illnesses or serious injuries. Akashic Healing, Reiki and Coaching are not replacements for medically prescribed treatments or professional guidance. In some cases you might be asked to seek medical consent for treatment.

Energy mentoring and training provided during One to One, Akashic Record Reading, Reiki and Reiki Teaching given by Emma Lannigan can be based on an intuitive reading of energy fields. It is important to share, based on the intangible nature of these services we are obliged, by law, to state all intuitive services including, but not limited to, Akashic Record Readings, Reiki sessions, Distance Healing, Reiki Teaching, Energy Mentoring are for entertainment purposes only. Emma Lannigan is not a licensed medical practitioner, does not diagnose conditions, does not perform medical treatment, does not prescribe substances, and does not interfere with the treatment of a client by a licensed medical professional. Confidentiality

Everything discussed one to one or via electronic communication including Facebook Page messages and direct email remains completely confidential by both parties. Any information you are given before, during or after a session is not to be repeated or replicated as your own.

All clients are notified and asked for consent, and in Reiki and Coaching sessions will sign consent for Emma Lannigan to make professional notes about the session. For Marketing services clients mentoring records are kept in the same way. One to One Marketing Clients can refer to their Terms of Agreement. Written records are kept for insurance purposes and allows the business to deliver the service and/ or product to you with the highest standards and professionalism. All written notes are stored in a safe and locked unit. Client paper records that are lapsed for 3 years or more are deemed out of date and will be destroyed securely.

If you have information that requires updating please contact Emma Lannigan and these updates will be made within 48 hours of the request. Clients have the right to ask to view their records and this can be arranged at the next scheduled appointment.

Services

Mastery Portal (M Portal)

Joining the Mastery Portal you are joining an online monthly or annual subscription. The details of the level of support you receive for each membership can be found here.  Once your payment is submitted you will receive an email confirmation and joining details. Members create their own login and can manage their subscription for their own account including the access to cancellations. There is a Private FB Community Group which is a confidential space and anyone not supporting the group rules will be requested to leave or removed from the membership. You can cancel your membership at anytime via access to your own membership account. When your cancellation is received your access to the membership website, the Facebook Group and exclusive membership emails will be cancelled.

Akashic Record Readings

Full terms are given via email when you enquire about these readings. To confirm a booking payment in full must be received. Please allow 10-14 working days to receive your reading via email. All correspondence is via email or WhatsApp for Akashic Readings. Zoom is used for the Akashic Review Session. Akashic Clearing and Healing Sessions are all delivered remotely. You will receive on-going support via WhatsApp/ Email through your 21 day integration phase.

One to One

One to One appointments can be arranged through the Contact Page, by the Facebook Page or Email. You will need to submit your full name, email, and contact telephone number. The confirmation for the appointment will be sent via email. Sessions take place via Zoom. All further communication will be via email, this includes appointments, follow up emails and task/ resources information. It is the responsibility of the client to check emails. Before commencing One to One sessions clients will be asked to agree to One to One terms and conditions.

Reiki Training

Once training dates are confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with payment details. A non refundable deposit is required to secure your Reiki training dates. The remaining amount is due 4 weeks prior to your training. If you are unable to attend due to illness, your training will be postponed and rescheduled. Remaining amount refunds are at the discretion of Emma Lannigan.

When you register to a Reiki Training you accept liability of any property you bring to the training. You agree to make your trainer aware of any health issues/ injuries or on going medication you are receiving. You agree to be respectful towards all students. You recognise learning Reiki is of a spiritual nature and all information shared is not prescriptive and in no way should replace any traditional medicine or consultants/ GP or medical practitioner's advice. You understand following the end of your training you will enter into a 28 day cleansing as part of your training. The cleansing requires you to do 3 things each day for 28 days including a mantra, meditation and self healing.

MasterClasses and Programmes

To join a Programme you can currently send a message via the Contact Page. You will be emailed specific information for the programme you have selected.

Payments

Payments are accepted by Bacs following an invoice for Marketing Services. Terms of Payment are issued on all invoices. Where an invoice is not required, payment using Bank Details are supplied, or payment services through Stripe are used.

One to One sessions require full payment before or on the day of your session.

Programmes require a deposit or full payment in advance. Some programmes are available on a payment plan. Please refer to specific programmes.

For the monthly subscription membership club the main payment service is delivered via Stripe. 

Cancellations

Cancellations for one to one sessions with less than 48 hours notice will not be refunded and can be rescheduled for no additional fee. Cancellations before 48 hours will receive a refund minus a £25 administration fee.

Members of the Mastery Portal can cancel their subscription at anytime. Please cancel directly through the membership site log in and we will update and remove your membership access.

Programmes have a no refund policy and can be rescheduled. Deposits for Reiki Training will be rolled over to a new date.

In the event cancellations are made by the company, you will receive a full refund.

Outcomes

Emma Lannigan with with the highest intentions, confidentiality and integrity for all clients. All clients are guided on how to ensure they achieve the outcomes they are working to achieve. However, it is the sole responsibility of the client to do the work, do the practice, do the research, take action. At anytime you can chose to return to the way you did things before and get the same results. Emma is 100% committed to clients outcomes, however when the client isn't Emma Lannigan does not take responsibility. This work is all about self responsibility and action.
