Insights are one-off services providing clarity through intuitive, strategic, or energetic input.

  • Optional follow-up discussion where specified

This is a standalone service and does not constitute ongoing support.

2.2 Orientation Session

The Orientation Session provides:

  • Clarity on your current position
  • Identification of what is not working
  • Exploration of patterns, blind spots, and direction

This is a diagnostic and exploratory session only.

2.3 Recalibration

Recalibration is a focused service designed to:

  • Review current limitations
  • Identify energetic, behavioural, or strategic constraints
  • Support realignment

Implementation of any recommendations remains your responsibility.

2.4 Mentorship

Mentorship is an ongoing service providing:

  • Strategic and energetic support
  • Guidance in leadership, decision-making, and growth

The scope, frequency, and communication methods will be agreed at the point of purchase.

2.5 FastTrack

FastTrack is an intensive service designed to:

  • Accelerate clarity and business growth
  • Provide focused strategic and energetic input

The structure and delivery will be agreed in advance and you will agree to service terms and conditions.

3. Client Responsibility

You agree that:

  • You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results
  • You will engage honestly and take full responsibility for implementation
  • No outcome is guaranteed

4. No Guarantees

In line with the nature of personal and business development services:

  • We do not guarantee specific results
  • Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and application

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights under UK law.

5. Payments

  • Payment is required in full unless a payment plan is agreed
  • Payment plans must be completed as agreed
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for missed payments

All prices are stated in GBP (£) unless otherwise specified.

6. Refunds and Cancellation (UK Consumer Law)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

  • You have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of purchase ("cooling-off period")
  • However, by purchasing, you expressly agree that:
    • The service may begin within this 14-day period
    • You waive your right to cancel once the service has been fully delivered

Where a service has been partially delivered within the 14-day period:

  • You may be charged for the portion of the service already provided

After this period:

  • All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law

Missed sessions without sufficient notice may be forfeited.

7. Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule (or as otherwise agreed)
  • We reserve the right to refuse repeated rescheduling

  • We will not share your information without consent unless required by law

You agree not to share:

  • Proprietary frameworks
  • Session content
  • Materials provided

without written permission from Emma Lannigan.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and frameworks remain the intellectual property of Emma Lannigan and it's sub brands, Your Energy Leads and 12 Twenty Business.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Teach or repurpose

any materials without prior written consent from Emma Lannigan.

10. Suitability of Services

These services are not suitable for:

  • Medical or mental health treatment
  • Crisis situations requiring immediate professional support

You should seek appropriate licensed professionals where necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
