What is The Reset?
The Reset is a personal energetic journey combining Akashic Record Reading, intuitive guidance, conversation, energetic clearing and integration.
We look beneath what's happening on the surface to explore the patterns, programmes, experiences and energetic influences that may still be affecting how you experience your life today.
Some may originate within your present life. Others may sit within ancestral patterns or previous soul experiences.
The purpose isn't simply to understand them.
It's to identify what is ready to change, work energetically with what is being held and then give you the space to integrate what has shifted.
Make faster decisions, bring more aligned people into your life, and create with a clear mind.
The Reset Process
01. Awareness
We start by looking at what is presenting within your Akashic Records now.
Your personal reading explores your soul profile alongside past and present-life patterns, programmes and energetic influences that may be affecting your current experiences.
Your reading is completed remotely and sent to you as a personal audio recording, giving you time and space to listen and process what comes through.
02. Review
Once you've had time to listen, we meet 1:1.
This is where we bring the energetic information into your real life.
We explore what has been revealed, the connections you can see and how particular patterns may have shown themselves through your experiences, relationships, decisions, work or business.
03. Reset
This is the energetic clearing.
Working remotely within the quantum field, I work with the patterns and programming identified as ready to be released and reset.
This is the point at which we move beyond awareness and into energetic change.
04. Integration
After your Reset, you begin a 21-day integration period.
You'll receive your personal Decree to use each day, supporting the integration of the energetic work into your everyday experience.
You'll also have access to me during this period for support and questions.
05. Embodiment
Then we allow space to notice as the Reset becomes real in areas of your life.
- What feels different?
- What are you responding to differently?
- What no longer has the same emotional charge?
- What decisions, opportunities or experiences are beginning to appear?
We reconnect after your integration period for a final check-in and to explore what you're noticing now.

For a Reset focused on you, your experiences, patterns and what is currently presenting within your energetic field.
Individual + Business Reset | £950
For founders and business owners who want to explore both their individual energetic field and the energetic field of their business, including what may be influencing the relationship between the two.
Both include your Reading, 1:1 Review, Reset, 21-day Integration, support and follow-up.
Payment can be made in full or across three instalments.

Three months of ongoing 1:1 support as you integrate changes, navigate what's next and continue exploring your personal and energetic development.
Energetic Review | £250
For times when you want me to go deeper into what's currently presenting within your energetic field.
I'll review what is showing, bring through guidance and then we'll meet for a 1:1 session to explore and process what has emerged. These Reviews can also include further energetic resets.
This isn't something you need regularly. It's there when you feel it's time to check in at a deeper level.
