You probably don't need another person telling you how they grew their business and giving you the model to follow.

Your business has its own customers, market, opportunities, challenges and ambitions. And you have your own ideas about what you want to build and why.

Three Months with Emma gives you access to my thinking, insights and 30 years of experience working with strategic marketing, businesses and growth, applied to your business.

We meet each month and create the space to look properly at what's happening.

You can come to our first session with a list of things you want us to explore. Or we can simply start talking and see what emerges.

We might look at your marketing, positioning, customers, offers, opportunities, growth plans or where you're investing your time and money. We might pull apart an idea, question something you've assumed, notice an opportunity you've overlooked or uncover something that's getting in the way of the growth you're working towards.

I'll bring experience, observations, questions, commercial thinking and different perspectives into the conversation. I'll share models and examples where they're useful. And I will challenge you when I think there's something we need to look at more closely.

But we're never trying to make your business look like mine, or anyone else's.

We're working out what makes sense for yours.

You're accessing different thinking to help you see more of your business.

What happens over the three months?

There is no predetermined programme and no prescribed outcome.

That's deliberate.

The three months are shaped around you, your business and what's happening as we work together.

What we're looking at in month one may lead us somewhere completely different by month three. An idea develops. A new opportunity appears. Something isn't getting the results you expected. A decision needs making. You notice something. I notice something.

We have the space to follow it.

The aim throughout is to create clarity, movement and results in your business.

And for those three months, you're not carrying all of that thinking alone.

Access to me between sessions means the conversation doesn't have to stop when the call ends.

You'll receive the transcript and key actions from our sessions, so you can return to the thinking, insights and decisions we've made together.

An honest and confidential space
A place where you can talk openly about the business you're building, why you're building it, what isn't working, what you really want from it and the things you don't necessarily have another space to say out loud.

Who is it for?

I've deliberately not defined Three Months with Emma by turnover, team size or stage of business.

Because the need for this kind of space doesn't begin or disappear at a particular revenue figure.

You might be growing an established business, changing direction, developing something new, working through a period where the business has become stuck, or simply recognising that you want a different level of thinking around what happens next.

What matters is that you have a business you want to move forward and you're willing to look properly at what that growth requires.

What happens after three months?

For some clients, three months is exactly what they need.

Others choose to renew and continue working with me for another three months.

And our work can uncover an area of the business that needs more concentrated strategic work. When that happens, we can move into a half-day or full-day strategy session, or explore a more involved Marketing Partnership.

There is no expectation that you continue.

We work with what the business needs.
